What is the membership cancellation policy?

We offer a 7-day cooling-off period for new memberships. After that, you can cancel with 30 days written notice. No hidden fees or charges.

Can I freeze my membership?

Yes, you can freeze your membership for up to 60 days per year. A small processing fee of ₹500 applies per freeze period.

Are there any joining fees?

We currently have a promotion with zero joining fee on all plans. Standard joining fee is ₹999 for Basic and waived for Premium plans.

Do you offer student or corporate discounts?

Yes! We offer 15% discount for students (valid ID required) and corporate group discounts for teams of 5 or more from the same organization.
